As far as the rest of the store... It is very clean, the animal enclosures are clean and neat. Animals look healthy. The prices aren't amazing for animal food and litter. Much better can be found online. But if you need something immediately they have a great variety.
We adopted a cat from the shelter that Petsmart displayed. The staff at Petsmart are friendly but some of them seemed frazzled. It took awhile to have an associate help us get out newly adopted cat out of the enclosure.
Very nice. Thw girl helping out in fish department has waited on me about 3 times. Very nice and informative.
Adopted my lovable Cat from Petsmart, but have had to take her to the SPCA and also the vet about two or more times since I have gotten her. It hasn't even been a full month and she has been sick multiple times! Hopefully this isn't a common thing. Glad I found my life companion, sad she has been so sick after this store. Also, they do not groom cats.
Came in to exchange a couple of dollars that were too big, get some food, and have my senior dog groomed. The staff was very helpful even though I did not have the tags for the collars and my older dog loves going to see her groomer. They do such an amazing job with her wirey coat.
They have it all, in a convenient strip mall. Prices are “eh” but what are you going to do when you need that cat litter with the black lid that you can’t find anywhere else. They got your number ya know.
They also gave us coupons for a free bag of food for our new friend.
