Love my membership and my trainer. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. They always answer my questions and when they're not sure, they find someone who is. The trainers really know their clients and work both individually and in small groups. Even when I'm in a group I feel like my trainer is tailoring the workout to me and paying attention to my goals and form.

Friendly staff,Awesome hours,Good variety of equipment.The price can be viewed as a little high but its well worth the benefits if properly used! All in all a good place to go and burn some calories or have a seat in the massage chair but that's only for VIP members.
Planet Fitness is very clean and inviting for both men and women. You don't feel intimidated by lunks in this gym. It's a great place for the entire family to workout together.
The facility itself is nice, but the staff is not. They are a bunch of condescending narcissists. Like you work at planet fitness bruh, this is the McDonald's of gyms, get over yourself. I walked in and the front desk associate starts speaking to me in Spanish and then Italian, meanwhile I'm just trying to scan in...He then proceeds to tell me how he can speak all these different languages and makes fun of me for not being able to understand, cool story bruh... I was using my mom's card today because I was close to this specific area and she has a black card. I have my own card, just not for this location. The over zealous pedantic jerk, tells me I'm not allowed to workout here. I've used my mom's card a zillion times to go to different locations when it's convenient for me and have never had a problem. This guy was seriously so full of himself it made me ill. Hopefully they get rid of the bad seeds and start fresh. Until then, I will not be returning.
