My favorite gym in South Jersey, it's always clean and people are friendly, it's open 24/7.
Worst gym ever. I'm not even going dive into the horrible customer service. but instead focus on how disorganized the company is, as well as their business motto, "extortion". My husband was moving from Millville and wanted to close the account, but they refused to close it because his contract wasn't up, despite the fact that we were going to pay in advance plus any cancellation fees. Instead, they said we had to wait out the contract, then either come all the way back here or mail (not email) a letter stating we want to close the account. Then three months after closing my husband's account, we received a call saying we are in collections for unpaid dues. Apparently they never closed our account and decided to continue extorting us. And to dispute it, we have to mail (not email) a dispute letter. The collections agency (from India, not surprising at all) wasn't even able to tell me what I am disputing. If you're looking for a gym, I recommend going to Planet Fitness just a mile down. Even the rep working at this location that I spoke with said he had a membership at Planet Fitness , which is strange because he works at a gym...
Not over crowded but trainers and employees just tend to hangout there on machines like it the water cooler of the business; not using the machine. I have to go there twice a day crossing fingers that the same group of people aren't there so I can get a full work out in
This location is awesome. Its always quiet, never over crowded, always clean, and the staff is very friendly. The people who go there are not judgmental and most keep to themselves. This anytime fitness is a comfortable environment to work out. They have several classes every day that you can attend such as zumba, yoga, total body, and boot camp. There is always something going on that you can get involved in, or you can just do your own thing. There is plenty of equipment for people to use and I have never had to wait to use anything. The private bathrooms are nice because they are similar to how a bathroom would be set up at home.
