OMG!!! Just had the best experience at this store with Luis L! I was upgrading my parents to a smartphone and had my 80 year old mother with me. Luis was so patient with us and really went out of his way to make us happy with our new smartphone! Go to this store for awesome customer service!!!
I have been a Verizon customer for many years. Today I was going to change to ATT because of the great offers, but we did not and that is because after stopping at your store and having, Jeff, help us, we felt there was no way to change with this kind of customer service. I am 70 years old and things come slow but Jeff was so helpful. He was honest, caring, took his time with my husband and I. He went out of his way. How refreshing this experience was! Yes we could have gotten more from another carrier but could never have gotten better care. This young man was awesome and he is the reason I will remain a loyal customer
