I am not the best with computers and often get viruses. Most of the time I would just live with a crappy computer until I found out about GEM enterprises. They were able to fix my computer and got it running like new. Since then I have bought computers for my friends and family and they have all worked great. Their customer service is also very good with a very knowledgeable staff.

Throughout my dealings with GEM, I had one system with a mother board failure which took out the hard drive. This happened under manufacture warranty. Gary picked up the machine, diagnosed it repaired it, and salvaged my files for free. I had to organize my information, but haven't found anything missing.
