I love this place...just the time I went today (lunch time), it was packed! I suggest latet in the evening.

Got back to work with burritos, 3 were incorrectly made and I had to finger my friend's burrito to find out it wasn't mine. Food tasted good, mine was made properly, so +1 for something.
Foods good. The service was good just not very nice.
I've been to many Mexican and Mexican style restaurants and this particular Moe' s has to be one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. A customer in front of us returned her food because her rice was cold. After bewildered stares from every staff member and a lot of eye rolling, a second bowl was finally made. Apparently a friendly smile, an apology or customer service isn't taught to employees. I noticed an awful smell by the soda machine. The odor continued after sitting at our table. We realized that the floor in the entire restaurant was sticky. The smell was from someone not cleaning the floor properly but with a dirty, nasty mop. I've never had bland Mexican food but everything except the salsas lacked flavor. How can you have Mexican style food with no flavor people! I feel bad for the people in this area who have never eaten at a Chipotle's and think this is good food. My condolences to you but I'd rather eat water and crackers. Finally, they need to get a larger opening in the trash cans!
Absolutely LOVE THIS place! Great service everytime and well worth the stop.
Went in recently to pick up an order of four burritos made online. Was ready when I got there, none of them were marked. When asked how to find out which is which, I was shrugged at. Cool. So I asked if they could possibly find out from the person making the burrito. She hesitantly asked another girl making burritos if she knew. The burrito maker said, well did he request that we mark them....
