Went with a group of 6 guys today as part of a Bachelor Party. The owner Rich and his staff were super friendly and helpful. Leading up to our reservation, I had spoken with Rich over the phone multiple times due to my many questions and concerns. He was always kind and courteous. As for the ATV experience itself, we had a blast. The tour lasted 1hr and 15 minutes. Rich showed us how to operate the ATV and we were free to run laps on the ATV track. Afterwards, when we had enough fun on the track, we were led into the wooded trail which was great. We even had enough time to do another couple laps on the track. It was our first time riding ATVs and the staff made our experience worthwhile. Will definitely go again at some point!
Staff was super helpful and friendly. Had to drive pretty far out to get here but I thought it was worth while.
I'm planning to book a reservation for my bday 7.9.17 and they WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! It's ridiculous. I have a bunch of questions that I would like answering to because this is my first time riding on a track and dirt bike rentals. The facility however may be nice but the customer service is ridiculous. I've left 5 messages. I've called 18 times on separate occasions since June 12th and it's now the 26th. One week away and they aren't even responding back. Horrible!
Great place with great staff. Super friendly and the ATVS and tracks were well maintained. They let you use the time as you like, so if you like doing a particular activity you can use your time doing that over something else which is awesome. Would highly recommend you having your ATV experience here. It was our first time and none of us had a problem. They taught us how to use and properly ride the ATV safely. The ATVs themselves were very user friendly. Can't wait to go back.
