If it is a hot Friday --don't expect the delivery --no effort to contact recipient of item --called at noon --called at 3 -oops driver was already picking up elsewhere -5 hours of wasted time
If I could give a negative rating I would. Their communication is the absolute worst. When they have a guy on vacation, they don't know how to dispatch routes to other drivers. I have been calling them for over 3 days now and my shipment still hasn't been picked up. No one is answering the phone either. I wish I wasn't forced to use them. FedEx is way better!!!
I called YRC freight for a 16 pallet quote. I was told online it is much cheaper. So why offer a quote via phone? I called a different carrier-that business model is CRAZY!
Useless company.attempted to deliver early with no notification and now wants to charge me for re-delivery when I asked to pick up they stated no problem and when i arrived they wanted to charge me to pick it up.
