I went here because of the positive reviews I found about this Mattress Firm, and Matt in particular. After having purchased my mattress here, I can confirm the 5 star review is well deserved. Matt was very knowledgeable and friendly, and patiently helped me navigate through the store to find the right mattress, without trying to up-sell or push one over another. Would highly recommend.
My boyfriend and I were in the need for a mattress for our new house. Matt greeted us with a smile and immediately brought us over to the testing area. He showed us the differences between the firmness of each mattress to help expedite our shopping. Matt was very knowledgeable about every mattress we were interested in. He also helped me select a pillow that was correct for my comfort and sleeping position. I can definitely say that we are confident about our mattress selection thanks to Matt!
I don’t like pushy , must buy now salesmen and that’s the reason I like Matthew he was very patient and showed with his questions that he was concerned with our sleep health . Great store nice and clean great service plenty of parking and a friendly and knowledgeable salesman made this an easy experience. Will recommend this store anytime.
This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Matt was knowledgeable about his product and so helpful in our decision making process. He gave us our space and time to shop without the high pressure sales you expect when making a large furniture purchase. I was also impressed with the product selection and quality. I past by a store near my home and spoke with a salesperson named Mark. I was not ready to make a purchase just yet, but I told him when I did I would purchase from him because he was so very helpful and not pushy but gave me all the features and benefits that I needed to make the purchase. He told me he worked in the Millville store, over 40 minutes from me and past several other stores that I could have gone to but because of his service I went alllllllll the way to Millville. :-) Then when I got there to make the purchase the other store salesperson was equally helpful (while I waited for Mark to help another buyer). My buying experience was great. So, I did have some challenges with delivery...but again they were very helpful and accommodating. If I like the mattress I purchased....I will go back to Millville, again, and purchase the mattress for my spare room from them again!
