I have been calling to try and make an appointment for Housing help for A MONTH and have left 6 messages no one can be bothered to return a call
Incompetent desk people. Said any day but a Tuesday, they gave me a date, I went home and checked the calendar, and it was a Tuesday. Happened again when I tried to reschedule. Had to reschedule a third time and they said I can't reschedule again or they'll close my case (even though it was their mistake, not mine). Got rescheduled 4 times for another appointment because the desk people don't check to see if the person is actually going to be in that day. At least half of the staff isn't certified (there's a disclaimer notice posted that states that), which really shows. Constantly got drug tested because the doctor was convinced I was on drugs because I was low on energy (that's a sign of depression, which I have) and I was fidgety (a sign of anxiety, which I have)
