They sold me a 12 by 12 foot piece of carpet which turned out to be 9 by 8 and 1/2 and charged me $250 for it. I didn't know I had to measure it before I left. Then they put me on hold then I got disconnected?!
Just found out about veterans discount. Easy to sign up for. My father an army veteran would like to express his thanks as well. Had to purchase a larger ac unit. Staff was eager to help , another man was waiting to help getting it to our car. Thank you staff! Great customer service!

I always seem to have a great experience here. I walked in tonight at 9:50 on a mission. I grabbed a very nice associate who was eager to help me find what i needed without rushing me or having an attitude. I've been to other big box stores where the associates where too busy on their phones to give you the time of day but at this store they are always pleasant and knowledgeable.
