He was on time every day, cleaned up every day before he left and best of all.....he did everything he said he would do. He answered all my questions or showed me if possible, what he did as a contractor and he explained to me how to up keep my system to prevent any future problems. When Tom left, my air conditioning was up and running better than it had ever run in the past.

After being "taken" by a seedy contractor, then put off by several others, Tom came in told me in detail what needed to be done to fixed the mess I had been left. He was honest with me and did his best to give me the air conditioning that worked best for my home with a price I could afford.
I'll be using Pro Heating and Air for my yearly maintenance as well as recommending them to my friends and family.
