Excellent customer service ! Family friendly bank that takes the time to get to know their customers
no minimum balances for share drafts; could use longer hours on Saturdays
So, let me start by saying I have had this bank for a few years now, and I'm very pleased. I really love how helpful and friendly the staff is and how easy it is to get an issue resolved when one happens to arise. No other bank could give you the personal touch that they do. I'd recommend them over any other bank I've dealt with.
Poor customer service. Reps give bad information poor job performances.
I've been with this bank since the day I was born pretty much. Never had a problem. If there is any issues, they have solved right away!
