Kohls is always a nice and peaceful place to shop, with great service and easy to find what is needed.

I went to Kohl's yesterday- (Black Friday)wanted to purchase one item , and the line was wrapped around the store- so I went back to customer service so that they could ring me up. I'm disabled and can't stand for a long time and I was in so much pain I never would of made it standing in line. So I get up to the kohls employee at customer service and tell her my situation and I was turned away and told to go stand in line like everyone else. I was appalled! Even the woman behind me in line was disgusted by the reaction I got. Just because I don't look sick does t mean I'm not. I will never shop at Kohls again. Never. Share if you'd like!
