Then about a month and half later my sister had to get one. My family felt so relived to have had such a great experience with them and highly recommend you take the time to check them out.

In March I was faced with having to make a decision about buying another used car or going with a lease. I did a lot of online research to see who was responsive and what I may be able to afford. When my Mom and I showed up to Hyundai of Millville we were greeted by a gentleman named Brian. He and his colleagues spent about 4 hours with us determined to get us into something. We left that day with a lease. Because I had no car ( it had long since died) I had borrowed my bosses car to get out there 45 minutes from me in Pennsville, Brian went above and beyond and picked up the following day so I could pick up my car.

Great speed service station. Issues with online service appointment system, but they quickly resolved it and I was out super quick.

I have been taking my car there since 2011, I have a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. Always had a pleasant experience. Then the dealership changed owners, saw a big difference, however, they did get better once they were established. Within the last two years I would say, I have seen a drop in service. They made improvements to make the waiting area nicer, but the staff in the service dept went downhill. I have never ever had a problem just going in there without an appointment to get an oil change or sometimes if they had the time, had other things done again without an appointment. The older man who has since retired and the young man that would take us home if the wait was going to be long were super nice. The staff behind the counter was to. Within the last 6 months I have gone there, different people, the two service desk employees are rude and not friendly, I am not sure of their names, one female and a male. I actually got into an slightly heated discussion with the male about an issue I was having with my car, and was spoken to in a very condescending manner and as if I did not know my car or what I was talking about. The female to me is just arrogant and not people friendly, as if you were bothering her. There also does not seem to be a lot of staff in the service dept either anymore. Maybe that is why on the last 3 occasions in the last 2 months that I have gone to get an oil change, they were only taking appointments and booked until the following week. Went again last week and yep had the male and again asked if I had an apt. I said no. "Well we are booked today and don't have anything available until next week." I proceeded to ask him what was going on, that I never had a problem just coming in to get an oil change but the last 3 times I was told you were booked and would I like to make an apt. He said well thats how we do it now. Would have been nice if they said that to me the last time I came. Also why would you let people drive into the service area get out of their car, go through the process, then when you get inside, they tell you this. So because I have been taking my car there for service since I bought it and they have a record of my service, I went online and made an apt. for an oil change..hopefully it will go well.

Great sales team! Clear explanation of sale of car! Very happy. Paul was great! Kind and to the point no red tape.
