Worst place so expensive. It's a rip off. Don't fall for the hipe..there are much much much better places cheaper and service it better this place is for suckers
12 minutes on hold? Just to ask a question....??? Yea, no thanks. I'll go somewhere else. I can't imagine it being very busy on a stormy day, I could hear the receptionist pick up and repark the call on hold over and over again. Not very professional.
keep loosing their best therapists. Their tips were being stolen from front desk. Which in turn left clients without their therapists they became familiar with. Very poor interest caring about it. Attitudes very poor. Managers away on "vacations" when trying to get to learn why texts were coming into my phone with reminders of appointments with different times? When called to inquirer happening on day of appointment? . Therapist and others told me they were not planning on leaving...another told me he was because his tips were being stolen so please do not leave them at the front desk. They treat their therapists badly. So you invest in your getting to know and have a healing relationship only to deal with a facility that does not take care of their therapists. Very disappointed. PS. Manager never did get back to me...weeks later no call! Fed up! and good luck trying to cancel membership! Ridiculous!
These people are thieves! Canceled my membership and got charged for three months. Along with a gift purchase I had four bookings on file. After canceling they kept charging me and said they had no cancellation on file so I had to bring in my copy to prove it. I was told my bookings would remain good forever and not to worry as I said it would take a considerable amount of time before I be able to ever relax enough to enjoy another service from them. Just went in finally to use one of the services and was told before going in I had three more left. After adding on and checking out they tried to charge me $100 and say my packages expired. I refused to pay that amount and only the $20 add on and was told I couldn't use my others while the dumb b who said I had them stood right next to this one and didn't open her damn mouth. Once again a horrible experience at the Millville Hand & Stone with their unethical pricing games and front counter service. If it allowed negative stars that be my rating. I imagine worse then a loan shark.
