Terrible customer service. People are rude and way too slow with what they are doing.
Waited there for more than an hour for customer service and the manager was available wasn't willing to help. She looks like she had a really bad day. Don't come to work please if you do.

Many employees, slower service and when I went to open additional accounts, they wanted me to teleconference with a bank rep at a different location. Seriously? For a business account you want me to teleconference? I do not blame the local branch for that aspect as they are only doing what they are told. Why I gave a 3 star rating is the overall speed of the place, lack of personalized attention and the idiotic policy established by corporate to open up simple business checking account. I ended up taking my two corporate checking accounts down the street where they happily took my business.
